Yes,
It is ALP policy that for pensions in pension mode earnings over $75,000 which would otherwise be tax free will be taxed at 15%.

It hasn't been clarified whether this tax will be at individual or fund level. If its the latter then once again this will only apply to SMSFs

Looks like the ALP is trying to wipe out SMSFs.
