What I found interesting in the explanation is the use of the words "Proportional Takeover ......"
IMO, .... I wonder if there maybe a white knight about to appear with an offer that one can't refuse say in the 8c region....It would be a great way imo for an outsider to get an interest in the Co's tech, chip and it's patents....of course this is all just in my mind
