The previous information posted on share price estimates were drawn from more recent information, where as the revenue forecasts were dated from the time of the ASSIRT Equities report! The missing ingredient was the REC factor. The REC's (Renewable Energy Credits) are worth as much as the price of electricity and there for double the figures.

Another thing to note. Envirostar don't need to look for a market.. they have already signed Power Purchase Agreements with Energy Australia for the 5MW plant (QLD) the 20 MW plant (QLD) and the 20MW plant in Morwell Victoria!

The signing of the Agreements is in addition to the previous Power Purchase Agreement signed for the 5MW STG Plant at Stapylton, which is in its full construction phase.
The combined Power Purchase Agreements represent the largest renewable green waste to energy facilities to be constructed in Australia and the first green energy facilities to be constructed utilising only household green waste from council tips thereby giving full accreditation for Renewable Energy Certificates (REC's) and Carbon Emission trading in the future.
The plants have also received full Green Power Accreditations from the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) of the New South Wales Government.
The board is also pleased to announce that large proportions of the plants are currently being fabricated and manufactured in NSW, giving economic stimulus and employment in regional Australia.
As a result, EnviroStar is on track to deliver its five-year financial forecast with the initial revenue of $26.5M per annum as a result of the Power Purchase Agreements signed today.
