I agree with you but i'm still genuinely curious. If they supposedly get the $5M as per the terms of the agreement (let's just say they do for argument sake). Could Syntonic use this money to leverage their claims that they have reached cash flow breakeven/positive? Or would that money not count towards reaching that goal?
