You can't really read anything much into the difference in flow rate between the two tests. It's not enough production history to be representative (20 minutes in the two tests combined) and the two tests used different orifice plate sizes, 3.5" vs 3.25". That's a 14% decrease in cross-sectional area, and the decrease in production was 12%.
So it could have been due to nothing more than using a different plate size. We need at least 30 days' production before we can start to speculate.
