Have you read up on the Olympic Dam expansion plans by anychance? Have a read of the Weekend Financial Review dated 31st of May. It will take BHP over 2 years just to remove the overburden on the site. The exact logistics I cannot remember off the top of my head but its staggering. There is talk of expected cost blowing out to around 20 billion.

Anyway what I am getting at is by the time BHP has everything up and running the 'untested' will certainly be tested and most likely proven. Whats to stop Linc from selling into the grid which will be in place there anyway? As for Diesel production nobody really knows for sure what Linc's purpose for SXP holdings are anyway apart from the UCG process. For all we know they could build a chemical plant to convert syngas to fertiliser lol, as much as I doubt it.
