ARR was $4.6m at end Q2 FY19 so I do agree that this means a large portion of the $0.78m increase occurred in January 2019 ($c.0.5m worth for the numbers to stack up to $5.1m at 31 Jan 19 assuming no attrition that month). Would be useful to see some cost figures from evs but we'll have to wait till the annual report..
