    25% of revenue but far more profit - isn't this project about 95% margin? What is their standard margin? If their standard margin is 50% the $16.86m over 14 months is equivalent to $30m rev annually. With the initial announcement, just a letter of intent, this took a few days to bite and got to $0.23. It is now confirmed and bigger. Next week $0.20's?
