Yes RonEss. However, management has fumbled its fiduciary duty to manage risk on behalf of all shareholders through well prepared and thought out communication, in order to mitigate the risk of an eventuality such as the share price declining by 17% in 3 days due to its poor communication - and for no other reason. That is a duty and obligation shareholders rightly expect from management and is one reason why they consent to the attractive remuneration packages of management.
LVT management has badly let down its loyal shareholders and it would seem that the market is fed up with this pattern of their behaviour.
With friends like the management of LVT, who needs enemies?
