Hi Pep,
I just had a look through the BSE announcements and found this one from Jan 2013 which suggests the Kilifi and Mambrui exploration permits were cancelled by the Kenyan Gov under questionable circumstances. I don’t recall further announcements on the issue, but maybe they reached some agreement to hand them back for other concessions.
