According to one of the posters on CTL thread, one of the creditors is an Ian Gandal controlled entity which is owed $4.1M. And there a probably other creditors.
If this is correct, it will depend on how many cents in the dollar he/they are willing to take.
Even if he accepts 25 cents in the dollar that will be $1M plus, which is a lot of dilution at .003c
