So, you fracture water into Oxygen and Hydrogen with your battery power, recombining them to create water again then gives you back more power than it took to split them, allowing you to charge your battery to fracture more water while you drive?

Would be lovely if this worked. Perhaps the leprechauns have a working model stored with their pot of gold and moonbeams? Jimmy Hoffa might be there with them too!
