i've been good and avoided cxy today but thought i would respond to my name being mentioned lol

what you need to appreciate is that cxy have just locked themselves into an agreement with someone who will be an equity and debt facilitator....thats all.

SO, what makes you say there will be no further dilution??????

di will find either corporate equity which is a placement of shares in cxy or they will find project equity which means they will sell a % of the project.

so yes cxy will be further diluted and you may own considerably less than the current 80% of the project.

the handcuffs are on cxy and di has the key.
