this doesn't look good, 90 days on, last min again, no announcement, we had been here before with Build1 last year, and when CAT walks and when BWK first 45 fays expired.
I don't believe it takes them exactly 90 days and still couldn't get all the paperwork done until last min, good news releases early and releases in morning.
bad news comes in at last min and always in the after market.
