I suggest you reread what I've written which clearly explains it. The bouduard reaction is endothermic. So you need high temperatures = heat = oxygen to keep it going at a sufficiently fast rate (you can use any source of heat you like, but in UCG it mostly comes from combustion of O2).
So the Bouduard reaction by itself isn't a self-sustaining reaction path to make CO. Would be nice if it would work, but sorry it doesn't.
Please reveal your background if you want. But I'd prefer a proof of how you think it works!
