You appear to be grasping at least part of the equation "the number of straight iceand hybrids with these features will out sell EVs by 25 to one in the next year or two and at least 10 to 1 for 5 years. So these features will result in more perm magnets in total than EVs."
Only they won't be "straight ice" simply because 12V architecture is struggling to support the additional range accessories right now.
The ultimate upside for BEV will be the economies of scale developed across the range of common accessories to all electrified platforms.
