Not if he continues to sell. I'm not 100% sure but if the seller continues to sell they don't need to release a change of substantial holding notice until they plan to stop, which in itself is ambiguous. But being that he was a substantial holder he should have released a notice of cessation to being a substantial holder unless he still owns over 5%?? It proves the point though, that a substantial holder is selling, when there is a big dump after close to knock the price back down. Today I wrote DC and asked whether or not it has been considered that RNU buy back the remaining shares the Clarke's own to ensure the price stabilises and moves higher to get the oppies across the line in October? It would be a max $1.5 million outlay for a $3.4 million payday in October. The alternative is they expire worthless and we get nothing. I'm yet to get a reply
