Anyone remember the Bergen deal and how great it was supposed to be for HAV. What a disaster it turned out to be for shareholders, not bad money making exercise for Bergen though.
Don't be surprised if the present Simec (Gupta) deal produces much the same results, resulting in existing shareholders getting screwed yet again.
