The hole is just getting deeper for ANZ. To be frank, their actions if proven, have beeen totally appaulling and down right malicious. It seems to becoming fairly clear now with another director singing in this mornings article, that ANZ seemed to have no regard for the clients of Opes Prime and were fully prepared to financially crush them to shore up their own financial position. I have been wondering lately if the parties involved lose sleep at night. If they don't, I feel very sorry for them that money and satus has taken over their emotional capacity.
Based on that article today, does there seem to be a conflict of interest for Lindholm given he was at that meeting?
