Rumour of the week (for what it is worth) ..... I was just checking out some old 1896 gold mining news about the Black Iguana gold mine located at Abbotts and note that someone has been looking thru & researching these old newspaper reports to get a feel for what may still be in situ at Abbotts to be discovered in the modern day. The reason I assume thus is because when you view them on-line, if you want to safe and print a column, you need to re-write the words in the left hand column as they are a scramble otherwise. Someone went to the trouble. I personally dont bother as I just read the newspaper column without the need to print off.

As I say : simply a weekend observation.
