The ‘Hot News’ out of the Europe - US trade discussions wasn’t quite the speculation I was referring to in my last post mrwalker, but personally I think the German’s are looking at importing more natural gas through Russia’s Nord Stream 2 pipeline, I think the only good Spaniards are the canine version, and perhaps the musketeers, and the French, well with all the unpopularity of their president and the red vest brigade setting fires everywhere, they probably don’t want LNG tanks scattered around the country and apart from that, the French would probably get most of their gas through Total who is our competition anyway.

The article mentions the TTF Dutch hub natural gas price and compares it to US export prices being around 115% of HH, but I’m pretty sure that I read some time ago that the Netherlands gas reserves were fast running out so it’s not said that the TTF Dutch hub price won’t go up!!

As I’ve said before, I’m winding back my research in LNG, so I am not sure on the German - Nord Stream 2 pipeline situation or the TTF pricing, but I am sure of one thing....

J B’Oris recently vested 60,000 retention rights and he’s never told us before that those pricing discussionsBreak down very quickly".

In fact, like GV, B’Oris is on big money and big share incentive rights, and LNG management have previously told us they are targeting Europe; Europe has the biggest LNG market; Contract talks had picked up significantly and when they got back from holidays the phone started ringing like crazy (both referring to Europe and Poland at the time); They were talking deals worth 3 times Magnolia’s capacity; Buyers were no longer balking at contracts; Buyers willing to sign 20 year deals; Demand had taken off; Ending the contract with Meridian freed up desired capacity; and they were "confident in our ability to reach FID whether or not China participates"!!

Management’s transparency never seems to change!!!!

PS, nice counter with the oilprice.com article!!!!
