Arrange on four medium sized serving plates.
Serve with buttermilk dressing and salad greens.
buttermilk dressing made in a small bowl by whisking:
1 cup of butter.
¼ cup mayonnaise or juice of one lime.
¼ cup sour cream if desired.
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
A few splashes of smoked tobacco sauce.
