this new information is quite bizarre
so the govt asked ERG to deliver a new system BUT they said they wont be asking the transport depts to co-operate and also they wont be informing ERG of new upgrades to the software they need to integrate with
AND the best part is that ERG had to replicate the glitches in the old system - so the old system had bugs which have been in place for 20 years and ERG had to replicate them, BUT the govt didnt give them the logic flow of the old systems
its bizarre that the govt behaved liked this and its also bizarre that ERG project leaders signed off on an agreement to deliver
not sure who is the more incompetent
