Let us say 10 cents? Then with 35 to 40% in the kitty, low ball bid. Say 15 cents if in next 2 months. Mop up a few more. Then second bid to mop up the rest at a later date.
or if later this year, lowball 25 cent bid before the real cash flow starts flooding in.
