    Takeover is nearly complete imo SJ Aahana has 2 seats on the board so they going to approve a substantial bid from there own company just because they can . Wouldn’t it be a conflict of interest in negotiations . I’m no lawyer (too stupid) but I can’t see how this will work but nothing surprises me either. Got your bids ready BDR
