So Vale has been discussing a pellet plant in Malaysia for sometime! We can't say Grange is in the wrong place. I knew Vale had raised alot of money (loans) in the last month (US$10 billion) and Vale released yesterday their intentions of a public offering of equity to raise max' US$15 billion which will be used in their US$59 billion investment plan.

I think US$59 billion should be enough to buy out the rest of the share holders of Grange! Don't you think?
