PLS has an asset they haven't been able to get right (yet).
GXY have MC that will never make money. SDV they can't sell or afford to develop even though HR projects getting sold left right and centre. And JB which is in a horrible location but might be their only chance. It's got half the MC for a reason. And if they keep blowing $30m a quarter on MC they won't have the cash either. May aswell put MC on care and maintenance (again) and figure out their next move.
