how can 33% uptake be considered a success were they aiming for only 1/3 uptake? or 100%?

ok on a lighter note tho
since the sp has gravitated back to spp level imo i doubt there would be a dump.. why bother for 2c.. so i think there is incentive to wait until they release stimo results and kep them for the longer term.. may have been a blessing in disguise for us holders
