Hey dazaliam,
at least they got more lady ministers in their government, than ours !!!

By having female ministers, it shows maturity and balance.
From our point of view - its suggests, political stability.
A rare commodity in many parts of Africa. Mali has issues of course, as its still a developing country,
but they're appearing through trial and error, to be slowly improving themselves.
And good on them.
