Sales staff take 6-9 months to hit full stride and establish the industry relationships for them to meet their targets. The largest sales intake was in December, so that cohort isnt anywhere near up to speed yet.
The model they're using with their staff intake wouldn't have allowed them to do the heavy lifting this year, that would be naive.
