I don't know of any rumours but on Landline on the abc it had a story of big companies buying up Big stations in the north. Was basically a story of how much land value has increased in the last couple of years compared to a few years ago they could not give it away so to speak.
I do not know exactly who was doing the buying though. i only had half ann ear to it.
