If the rumours are true, 13 million @ .23, raising $3 million. Funds raised to commence fabrication of long lead time items, reducing build time by approximately 2 months.
I would imagine this would be seen as very positive. Reading between the lines would suggest they funding is all but certain, but will take a couple of months to finalise. Serious construction to begin shortly. Production by middle of next year.
