I don't see it like that. they had originally offered 50 cents in the dollar, which would represent the low end of what the company was willing to pay. 100% is what Caspian wanted, so 75% is right in the middle.
it's not an insignificant sum by any means, however it is more than managable (assuming Warrand is right re slow collections) and there is significant upside moving forward based on Tanzania's aggressive industrialisation program, the Sinoma cement factory up north (1.2m tons per annum once complete), export possibilities to India and China and the ever elusive Power Station.
I would like to see other directors buying though.
