    To the sleuths monitoring China... any signs these have been delivered and installed?
    according to the Ann "Fluence will supply an additional 40 Aspiral™ Smart Packaged wastewater treatment plants (L4 and S1 models) for sites along highways, with anticipated delivery by May 2019"
