All revenue has to be booked but they can include revenue from platform orders up to 3 years for the valuation process. As they only need 13 weeks from SEC to IPO and may well be ready to file at anytime then there is more time to play with and still meet the Nov 08 IPO timetable with the advantage of padding out the valuation with additional orders accruing in that time.
