""##ASX listing rules and administration currently fail to identify and act on sustained systematic incompetence to such an extent it is impossible
to justify. The matter is manifest and indefensible. ##""
In a nutshell mate.................that is it.
What me and many others said years after years about the ASX and their incompetence in doing what they have been engaged/set-up to do for years and years on end.
I will let you in on something. Years and years ago I wrote to the ASX about something which was totally wrong, and wrong even under the definition of the Company's Act let alone the duty of disclosure and the listing rules.
It was taking them weeks and weeks on end of getting back to me but only after putting more and more pressure on them to replay to my concerns. After several backwards and forward useless and total waste of time communications, (ON THEIR BEHALF, NOT MINE) I did manage to put them in a spot where they had to do something.
Guess what was their final answer then.??
"It is not in our duties to act on that part but it lies within ASIC and it's powers to do something about it."
Well you would well know what ASIC did about it....................Nothing.!!
Now, and most importantly, why didn't anyone within the ASX told me that that was the case at the beginning instead of forcing me to wait for months and months on end to tell me to go somewhere else.
Was it done intentionally in the hope that I would simply chuck it in the too hard basked and go away.??
With that I keep on going back to my original thoughts....................What are they doing in there and are they needed there at all with what they have (OR BETTER STILL WITH WHAT THEY HAVEN'T BEEN DOING) ever since they started.??
Is there a real method in their madness.??
Are they 100% conflicted in what they are doing and how they are run.??
And that is how the cookies crumble in the sharemarket, and all the sharks swimming freely therein in their own waters.
I rest my case my friends.
