Just reading about ZYB, yes suspended for 4 months for an ASX price query. ZYB had a 3rd party involved FGF (they were investing into the acquisition and it looks like that took a month or so to complete) and both parties ZYB and FGF informed the market what Co ZYB was acquiring. In the end the deal fell over. From what I have read ZYB did not mention anything about an acquisition prior to the ASX price query
