Bias was a concern Clark, whole situation to me is getting a bit smelly.
So I am assuming this will NOT be by a Scheme of arrangement and the IE will not opine their view re shareholders
What I want is an opioned independent expert, the silence from HAV is deafening.
I havent sent them an email yet and not sure if theres a point in that seeing as they seem happy to hand over to SIMEC.
I dont have a good feeling about the current direction, but I have been wrong before. Heres hoping.
