I think it's a case of they haven't signed anything as yet. And to save answering price queries, they've gone into suspension after suspension, until due diligence is complete. Also, It was a case of FOMO when we were trading, especially after their last Corporate update ( CR for $300,000 = imo, they must be close to signing a new acquisition ) and the inclusion of bitcoin going up.
In regards to being in compliance with the ASX guidelines. We'll A) The acquisition the're looking into would be in the same field that we're in ( one would assume), and B) In all their updates, they have always stated that they are looking to add a new acquisition, but always cautioned that it may no eventuate, so to speak.
