Correct.They stumped up cash for the 2013 shares 2M shares each @ 4 cents per share,the rest of the shares for which there was a loan owing were sold to vimson to pay the outstanding and well overdue loans that I've been banging on about for the last few months.Good to see the issue resolved and the MD having to drop a significant amount of his holdings.At least he now has some skin in the game.(although less than some long termers here on HC).
