    im in inner city Melbourne , and quite frankly i see NO let up in sight..

    outer suburbs the outlook is not so rosy , as rising fuel costs and lack of transport make them more and more un appealing , but the simple fact is there is NO let up on migration into this city...

    1000s per day exiting Sydney and the land... plus good old immigration channelling thousands of immigrants each day... so much so that the airports cant even cope!

    im buying up inner city appartments at a rate of knots and renting them out..

    they double in Value every 2 or 3 years and rents are sky rocketing..

    outlook looks much the same i think next few years at least...

    certainly here any way, inner city prices will just not let up.
