That's correct.
The original trial was put to the FDA @ 35mg twice per day for 12 weeks.
In the interests of the trial proceeding Bill took a punt that even at 10mg he would get a result and agreed to modify the dosage.
That's why the XanaHES trial states the following:
"Assess safety and tolerability of higher doses, with an exploratory efficacy assessment included"
