A low ball offer would not get passed ARA and other people associated with ARA with large HGO holdings. I did not vote for management getting performance options as in my mind, they have not performed in getting the share price up over many years. Also was not keen on more shares getting eventually converted and further diluting our holdings. I would be happy to recieve 15-20 cps for the remaining assets after we have been paid out in dividends from the stockpile once it has been processed and the money from the PHES sale.
