Just thought I would jot down a few interesting comparative figures for your information.

Total number of Sapex shares on issue 90,559,623
Total number of Sapex options on issue 77,309,173
Total number of shares and options 167,868,796

Percentage shares held by top 20 shareholders = 49.15%
Percentage of options held by top twenty s/holders = 64.48%

Percentage of total shares plus options held by top 20 shareholders =56.21%

Percentage of shares held by ESG board members = 26.76%
Percentage of shares held by Linc = 5.33%

Percentage of total shares and options held by ESG board = 17.02%
Percentage of total shares and options held by Linc = 2.87%

Looks like we have some interesting times ahead, hopefully.
