STTCOMP RAN, FA LONG
$4.8m cap with $3.3m cash and no debt for $1.5m EV
Big IPO a few years ago at $1.50, now trading at 2.5c and finally starting to deliver on its IPO promise - replacing the world's wooden pallets with recycled plastic pallets
Some investors reading the quarterly may have overlooked the fact that the cash at bank and revenue numbers are in USD not AUD
Quarterly revenue was USD$460k / AUD$645k / $2.57m annualised
Previous quarter revenue was USD$360k... quarter on quarter growth of 28%
Only downside is the still high cash burn, however given the excellent revenue growth and managements clear focus on reducing costs, RAN could/should get to cashflow neutral in 12 months or so.
Will require a capital raising in the interim.
