I completely agree and mentioned this around the time... I took his purchase to be a statement to shareholders that the top 20 holder had finished selling. Just large enough that investors would take it seriously enough to believe it.
I also agree with dt7 that they are cleaning out the cobwebs consistently this year. Some of these things are just going to be contentious issues regardless of whether they are cleaning them up... but hey, from this point forward, they'll no longer be an issue.
