well that has been What FAR are saying the whole time, that it didn't comply. CN gave an example of you wouldn't buy a company without knowing what is inside it, which is a long way from saying they wanted to buy the company. I think it actually points to that the notice only gave the sale price of the company and did not value the asset subject to PE. I think there were enough experienced people at FAR to know they only have to pay for the asset.
