    read the SXP announcement not the LNC one.

    "subject to the requisite shareholder and courts approval."

    "SAPEX directors will recommend the Linc Energy proposal in the absense of a superior proposal"

    subject to voting still, obviously board members are up there in the top 20 but it aint over yet.
