I should have mentioned that they've had 2 years to work on getting the project financing sorted so far and to produce a JORC resource, with the JORC resource only recently coming out and all it took was to drill some holes through soft tailings to a depth of about 8m from memory (the point is its shallow drilling) and some geo to compile it all. Why it took 2 years is beyond me as it could have been done in the first 6 months as it's not like they had to 'find' the resource, it was literally stored in a dam for them!
