Yes agree, its all about being perceived as being in a position of weakness.
That's why COP tried to get away with the PE, it's why FAR dipped so much on Samo result and it's why it was important to have the cap raise even at .055
FAR have the assets , I think Gambia could deliver. BP a super major must see something promising too.
